LaVern Bentz, founded Florida Apostille & Notary Services LLC in 2020 as a direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic offering the citizens of the north-central region a mobile Notary capable of coming directly to their residences or businesses or wherever they might be, providing them a way of maintaining a normal quality of life as well as getting their documents legalized.

He received his commission in September 2020 through the National Notary Association, where he also received his Licensed Signing Agent status. He is also certified on the I-9 forms as well as the Immigration File Specialist courses provided by the USCIS (US Customs and Immigration Services). We specialize in authenticating a wide range of legal documents and certifications (see our services section).
